Affiliate disclosure.

InsidePredictions is an independently operated prediction market intelligence platform. Our content, live cross-platform scanner, and tools are funded by subscriptions. We may also earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with prediction market platforms.

Where an affiliate link is present, the platform may pay us a commission if you create an account through it. Any commission is paid by the platform, not by you, and you are never charged more for using our links.

Prediction market trading involves financial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you deposit. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to trade. Check your local regulations before trading on any platform we discuss.

How we label affiliate links.

Where a page includes affiliate links, we disclose them so you can tell them apart from ordinary links. A "Trade on [Platform]" button or a promotional offer is the usual place one would appear. An affiliate link never changes which platforms we cover, how we rank them, or what we write. Our coverage is based on independent research and testing, not on any commercial relationship.

How affiliate links handle your data.

When you click an affiliate link, it carries a referral code that identifies InsidePredictions as the referring source. The platform may set a cookie in your browser, and if you create an account within that window it may credit the referral to us.

Any affiliate reporting we receive is aggregate: counts of clicks, sign-ups, and funded accounts. It does not include your personal account details, trading activity, or balances. You can go to any platform directly, manage cookies through your browser settings, and read how we handle data in our privacy policy.

International disclosure standards.

Disclosure and advertising standards differ by jurisdiction. InsidePredictions aims to comply with the UK CMA's requirement that affiliate relationships be disclosed in a way that is unavoidable, understandable, and unambiguous, and with the EU's rules on identifying commercial content. Platform regulation varies too: a prediction market may sit under gambling law, financial regulation, or neither, depending on where you live, and availability is generally more restricted across Asia-Pacific and Australia. Check a platform's regulatory status where you live before trading.
