Editorial Standards
How we produce content, who produces it, and why you can trust it.
Inside Predictions is produced by a team with decades of combined experience in gaming operations, legal analysis, professional poker, crypto markets, and content marketing. We test prediction market platforms with our own money — and we're transparent about every part of the process.

Our editorial process
We personally score all content against a 100-point rubric. Nothing publishes below 85. We maintain a transparent correction policy. Our revenue is structurally separated from editorial decisions.
Our goal is to be the most trustworthy resource in the prediction market space. That means being honest about how we make money (affiliate commissions), how we produce content, and where we get things wrong (transparent corrections). If any of those things bother you, we'd rather you know upfront.
Who makes editorial decisions
Editorial decisions are made by our founding team, not by affiliate managers, platform representatives, or algorithms.

Robert C.
Founder & CMO
Leads first-hand platform testing, regulatory analysis, and editorial strategy. Analyzes terms of service, regulatory filings, and compliance claims. Poker and crypto background (since 2012) with risk literacy that is backed up by authentic platform testing.

Ben L.
Founder & CEO
Evaluates platforms from the operator's perspective: business model sustainability, customer experience against casino-grade standards, responsible gambling practices, and long-term viability.
How we produce content
We use a structured production workflow designed to produce content that is comprehensive, accurate, and grounded in real experience.
Research & Production
Every piece begins with comprehensive research — platform documentation, regulatory filings, competitor analysis, and our own testing data. Content is structured around specific evidence, not general knowledge.
Expert Review & Testing
Every piece is reviewed by our editorial team before publication. This includes first-hand platform testing with real money, fact-checking against primary sources, and adding authentic operator-level insights that only come from industry experience.
Quality Scoring
Every article is personally scored against a 100-point rubric before publication. Content must score 85 or above to publish. The rubric evaluates search intent match, topical completeness, user engagement, and technical quality.
The Experience Behind Every Review
Real-Money Testing
We deposit real funds, place real trades, and test real withdrawals on every platform we review.
Operator Perspective
20+ years of gaming industry experience means we evaluate business models, not just user interfaces.
Legal Precision
Legal training applied to terms of service, regulatory filings, and compliance claims that most reviewers skip entirely.
Fact-Checking and Verification
Prediction market content is time-sensitive content. Getting platform fees, regulatory status, or geographic availability wrong can cost readers money.
Platform Intelligence Documents
We maintain verified internal docs for every platform — fees, features, regulatory status, geographic availability, withdrawal methods, KYC requirements. Every published claim is verified against these before publication.
First-Hand Testing
We test platforms with our own money. Real deposits, real trades, real withdrawals. Where we haven't tested a specific aspect, we say so rather than speculating.
Source Standards
We prioritize primary sources: platform websites, CFTC filings, regulatory announcements, and our own testing data. We cite specific data with timeframes, not vague comparative claims.
Verification Before Publication
If a factual claim cannot be verified against a primary source or our own testing data, it is removed or clearly marked as unconfirmed.
Every article passes through these verification checks before publication:
Correction Policy
When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. We do not silently edit published content.
How Corrections Work
Factual errors corrected within 48 hours. Affected pages display a correction note — what changed, what the original error was, and when. Material corrections to platform reviews are noted in the review's change log.
Reporting Errors
Email info@insidepredictions.com with the page URL and specific error. We investigate every report and respond with the outcome.
Proactive Updates
We don't wait for readers to find errors. Platform reviews re-verified monthly. Fee, regulatory, and geographic changes trigger updates within 48 hours.
Transparency
Every review displays a 'Last Updated' date reflecting the most recent verification. Silent edits are prohibited — if we change something, we document it.
Editorial Independence
Inside Predictions earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with prediction market platforms. Here is how we keep affiliate revenue separate from editorial decisions.
Rankings and scores are determined by our published evaluation methodology, not by commission rates. Every platform review includes a substantive limitations section documenting genuine drawbacks. We review platforms that have no affiliate relationship with us. If a platform terminates its affiliate relationship, we continue to cover it with the same editorial standards.
Our Lines in the Sand
Non-negotiable commitments — covering how we operate and what we publish. No exceptions, no circumstances.
How we keep content current
Prediction markets change fast. Our maintenance cadence reflects that.
