InsidePredictions.com is an educational and informational website about prediction markets. By using our site, you agree to these terms. Here is the plain-language summary:
We are not a trading platform. We do not process trades, hold your money, or manage accounts. We provide educational content, platform reviews, tools, and news coverage. Prohibited Uses
When using InsidePredictions, you agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site, except for standard search engine indexing. Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without permission. Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure or other users' access. Impersonate InsidePredictions or misrepresent any affiliation with us. Use our content to train AI or machine learning models without written permission. Frame, mirror, or embed our Site or its content on another website.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Hong Kong.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver of any term shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of InsidePredictions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.
