Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of InsidePredictions, including our content, tools, accounts, and paid plans.

Last Updated: July 2026 · Reviewed quarterly.

Overview and acceptance.

InsidePredictions is a prediction market intelligence platform. We publish news and analysis, run a live scanner that compares prices across prediction market platforms, and provide tools and optional accounts with alerts. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of InsidePredictions.com and the features we provide (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We are not a prediction market platform. We do not execute trades, hold your funds, or provide financial advice. When you click through to a prediction market platform, you leave InsidePredictions and that platform's own terms and policies apply.

Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Prediction market trading is restricted to adults in every jurisdiction we are aware of, and our content is intended for an adult audience.

Your account.

You can read our content, use our tools, and browse market data without an account. Some features, such as following events, saving discovery preferences, and receiving alerts, require you to create one.

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them.
  • Take responsibility for activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are for a single person. Do not share your account, sell access to it, or let others use it. You can sign in with an email and password or through a third-party sign-in. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, as described under Termination and suspension below.

Subscriptions and billing.

InsidePredictions offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Entry and Pro). Paid plans include additional features, such as more follow slots and the full alert set. The features and prices of each plan are shown on our Pricing page.

Payment.

Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select, plus any applicable taxes.

Automatic renewal.

Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. If a price change will apply to your renewal, we will tell you in advance.

Cancelling or changing your plan.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings; cancelling is as simple as subscribing. When you cancel, your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan. Downgrading may reduce features, such as the number of events you can follow.

Refunds.

Payments for a billing period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period you are already in.

Failed payments and taxes.

If a payment is declined, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Prices may not include taxes; you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription.

Alerts and communications.

If you set up alerts or subscribe to our briefings or digests, we send them to the email address on your account. These communications are informational. They are not financial advice, and we do not guarantee that any alert or message will be accurate, complete, or delivered at a particular time.

You can manage or turn off these communications at any time from your account settings, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Some account and transactional messages, such as sign-in and billing notices, are part of the Service and are not optional.

Acceptable use.

When you use InsidePredictions, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its accounts, or its systems.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract content or data, except for standard search-engine indexing.
  • Share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to a paid plan or the data behind it.
  • Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any access control or paid-feature gate.
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without permission, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' access to it.
  • Impersonate InsidePredictions or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Not financial or legal advice.

Everything on InsidePredictions, including platform reviews, market analysis, tool outputs, alerts, and educational content, is provided for information and education only.

Nothing on the Service is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position. Reviewing or comparing a platform is not an endorsement of it. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making trading or financial decisions.

Prediction market trading involves financial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you place on a prediction market platform. Past performance of any market, contract, or strategy does not guarantee future results. Your trading decisions are your own.

Market data and platform coverage.

We compare live prices and market data from prediction market platforms and other sources. We work to keep this data accurate, but platforms change their products, fees, and terms often, and data can be delayed or incorrect. Always verify important details, such as prices, fees, availability, and regulatory status, directly with the platform before you act.

The availability and legal classification of prediction markets vary by country and, in the United States, by state. Our coverage of a platform is not a statement that it is legal or available where you live. You are responsible for determining whether a platform is lawful and available in your jurisdiction. See our Where to Trade page for availability information, which is informational and not legal advice.

If you find an error in our content, email us at info@insidepredictions.com. We investigate reported errors and issue corrections on affected pages. Our correction policy is described on our Editorial Standards page.

InsidePredictions may earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with prediction market platforms. Where an affiliate link is present, the platform may pay us a commission if you create an account through it. Any commission is paid by the platform, not by you, and you are never charged more for using our links.

Where we use affiliate links, we disclose them, including on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Affiliate relationships, where they exist, do not determine our editorial content or recommendations. Our editorial approach is set out on our Editorial Standards page. We publish honest assessments regardless of any commercial relationship, and an affiliate relationship never buys favorable coverage.

Third-party platforms and links.

InsidePredictions links to third-party sites, including prediction market platforms, news sources, and regulators. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, terms, or security. When you leave InsidePredictions by clicking a link, you do so at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and policies.

We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a prediction market platform. Direct any complaint about a platform to that platform or the relevant regulator, not to InsidePredictions.

The Service also relies on third-party providers for payments, email delivery, hosting, and market data. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or errors caused by those providers.

Intellectual property.

Our content.

All content on InsidePredictions, including text, graphics, logos, images, tool interfaces, data compilations, page layouts, and software, is the property of InsidePredictions or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and read our content for personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to our pages. You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content in any form without prior written permission.
  • Use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service.
  • Frame or embed our pages on another website.
  • Create derivative works based on our content.

Third-party trademarks.

Prediction market platform names, logos, and trademarks referenced on InsidePredictions are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks is for identification and informational purposes and does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the trademark owner.

Your submissions.

If you submit content to us, such as feedback, corrections, or suggestions through our contact form, you grant InsidePredictions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to improve the Service. We will not publicly attribute submissions to you without your permission.

Termination and suspension.

We may suspend or close your account, or restrict your access to the Service, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, or use the Service in a way that could harm InsidePredictions, other users, or third parties. Where practical, we will tell you the reason.

You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can close your account by contacting us at info@insidepredictions.com. If you have a paid plan, cancelling before you close your account stops future charges.

If your account is closed, your right to use paid features ends. We handle any personal information associated with your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, DATA, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSIDEPREDICTIONS, ITS OPERATORS, AUTHORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Losses arising from trading decisions made after using the Service.
  • Losses arising from use of any prediction market platform linked from the Service.
  • Losses arising from reliance on information that was inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InsidePredictions, its operators, authors, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your trading activity on any prediction market platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing law and disputes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), conducted in English and seated in Hong Kong.

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Either party may still seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy.

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.
